VINO NOBILE DI MONTEPULCIANO

For our Vino Nobile we use 90% Prugnolo Gentile (Sangiovese grosso), 10% Canaiolo nero, Mammolo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot; all grapes are from our own vines. The ageing takes place in French oak casks of 500 liters: 18 months for the Annata and 30 months for the Riserva. This is followed by a further refining period of at least six months in the bottle.
VENDEMMIA TARDIVA

The grapes (Malvasia, Trebbiano and Grechetto) for our Vendemmia Tardiva are usually harvested in December, when the grapes are in a state of noble rot. The carefully supervised fermentation is followed by an ageing process in French barriques for a period of 24 months. This natural sweet white wine is ideal as a dessert wine.

Our Grappa, an exclusive Italian spirit, is made through the direct distillation of the skins from the pressed grapes of our Vino Nobile and is produced for us by Distillerie Bonollo.
OLIO EXTRA VERGINE DI OLIVA

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from hand-picked olives from our estate. It is cold-pressed according to the traditional method in the oil-mill of Montepulciano, and is not filtered.
